, instead of going to school these kids are carrying a load of a different kind, i wish our health minister take a note of the plight of millions of kids like these all over india, than try to bring out laws to ban smoking. if smoking and alcohol are bad for health then why manufacture them in the first place, shut down all the industries which manufacture them., though which the government cannot do as they are the major source of revenue. it is so hypocritical you let these thing made available freely in the market and then put a ban on their consumption.

given the present state of public transport, this is will surely be the entry only for them !!!

who will teach this kind of people road sense !!!
